If you Want to Compost the Raw Materials with Aerobic Fermentation, What Kinds of Compost Turner can be Used?

As the name suggest, this type compost turner require the fermentation groove amid the process of composting raw materials. Mūsų gamykloje, our engineers designed and produced the chain plate type compost turner and groove composting machine. With the continuously working of those machines, the raw materials can be full contact with the air. Vadinasi, the raw material can be fermented perfectly and completely. Be to, we can recommend a large composting machine with aerobic fermentation. The wheel type of composting machine can ferment 720m³raw materials within one hour, which is often used in large scale composting fertilizer production plants. You can choose the most suitable composting equipment by your demands.

Compared with the groove type composting equipment, į windrow compost turner has a strong flexibility and convenience. Because the windrow composting machine made by our company adopts wheel-walking design. That is to say, the windrow composting machine can satisfy your requirements of composting raw materials in outdoors or indoors. Mūsų gamykloje, the movable compost turner and crawler type compost turning machine are belong to windrow fermenting machine. Kas daugiau, the crawler composting machine is adopted the window design. This means, you can compost the raw materials in the better fermentation environment.

This machine can compost 100-130 m³raw materials within one hour. When the temperature of raw materials rise 60-70℃, this machine starts to compost the raw materials automatically. Be to, the process of aeration, temperature controlling, agitation and deodorization can be controlled automatically. When the raw materials are fermented completely, the pneumatic discharging device is used to discharge the material quickly. Using the aerobic in-vessel fermentation tank can help you save the labor costs due to its automatic design.
